About Bjelvenstedt Consulting

Bjelvenstedt Consulting supports middle and large size organizations in improving their employee satisfaction and interpersonal communication. We analyze the internal communication flow and focus on improving the weak links of the communication. Thereby the company lower their costs by avoiding misunderstandings, decreasing the number of conflicts and clarifying goals and roles in the organization.

    Consultants

    Cecilia Bjelvenstedt

    Cecilia Bjelvenstedt has a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics and a M.A. in Organizational Psychology and has ten years experience in training and consulting in Sweden and in the U.S.

    In Europe Cecilia has worked for Sweden´s largest training company, AmuGruppen, as a trainer in business administration and marketing. She has also worked as a consultant for a market research company, Marknadskanalen, as well as for a software company, Tidomat System. In the U.S. Cecilia developed and conducted the first end-user training in a new software (SAP´s datawarehouse software, called Business Warehouse) for Sempra Energy. Cecilia then came to lead the change management efforts in an e-commerce solutions company specialized in process improvement and management training.

    During the last years in Sweden Cecilia has trained over 300 managers and employees in how to give and take feedback, how to conduct performance reviews and in teambuilding. She has consulted with organisations such as Wells Fargo Bank, Rayovac, Sunsweet Growers, Sempra Energy, Scania, Canal+, and Skyways Airlines.

    Helen Bjelvenstedt-Hellsten

    Helen Bjelvenstedt-Hellsten has a B.Sc. in Human Resources and Labor Law.

    Helen has over eight years experience from strategic and operational Human Resources work. She has worked for a German manufacturing company, Siemens, and in the Swedish IT-industry. Helen is also an experienced researcher from the headhunting industry.

    Helen has primarily worked as an internal consultant focusing on the recruitment process, management coaching, union negotiations, and outsourcing.
